Pastor Joe Jackson, native of Fayette, MS, is the founder of CrossRoads International House of Worship and CrossRoads Ministries, Inc.  Pastor Jackson is a powerful prophet, pastor, and worship leader.  He served at New Horizon Church for 18 1/2 years, where he later became Executive Pastor.

 He founded CIHOW and CrossRoads Ministries in 2003, launching the first annual Ascent Worship Gathering in November of that year.  CIHOW serves to redirect the Body of Christ's worship back toward God.  His desire is to ignite the church's passion for worshipping God first and then the things of God.  As an anointed Worship Leader, he has a tremendous call and passion for real and clear ministry with which God has impregnated him.
